Black Creek Codeworks develops LandPin. This policy describes LandPin’s use of location, photos, attachment files, and backups.
Location & route recording
LandPin uses your device’s location and GPS for mapping and for route recording that you start. While a route recording is active, LandPin can continue using location in the background to record the route, including when you switch to another app.
You choose when to start and stop route recording. You can review or change LandPin’s location permission in iOS Settings. Restricting location access can limit mapping and route recording, including recording in the background.
Camera & photo selection
You choose whether to use the camera or select photos to add attachments in LandPin. Camera access is used when you choose to take a photo; photo selection is used for attachments you choose to add. You can manage any permissions you have granted in iOS Settings.
Attachment files
LandPin attachment files are stored locally on your device. Photos and other attachments may contain personal information or details about your property, so consider what you include.
Backup & Restore
LandPin’s Backup & Restore is controlled by you. You decide when to create a backup or restore from one. Keep any backup files you create in a place you trust, and consider who can access the storage location you choose.
Social features & sale of data
LandPin has no social features. Black Creek Codeworks does not sell LandPin user data.
Your choices
You decide when to record a route, which attachments to add, and when to use Backup & Restore. You can change device permissions in iOS Settings. If you need help with these choices, visit LandPin Support.
Policy updates
If this policy changes, the updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
